Neighborhood Grant Program accepting applications


LIMA – The Department of Housing and Neighborhoods of the City of Lima is now accepting applications for the 2022 Annual Matching Grants Program for Neighborhoods in the City of Lima.

The program will allow neighborhood organizations to carry out city improvement projects. Applicants must start their project by October 17 and complete the project by April 17. Neighborhood associations recognized by the City of Lima in 2021 are eligible to apply, regardless of the organization’s size or budget. A total of $2,500 is available for this grant through the general fund of the Department of Community.

Applications are available on the website at http://www.cityhall.lima.oh.us. and due before 5 p.m. on October 3.

The City will host a Grants Workshop at 5:30 p.m. on September 21 in the Council Chambers at 50 Town Square.
